How early should I arrive?

We kindly request that patients arrive 5-10 minutes ahead of their scheduled appointments. If it’s your first time at Acuterra, please arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment. Timeliness ensures we can provide the best possible care during your treatments. Let’s make every moment count!

What if I’m late to my appointment?

Should you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, your session will have to be rescheduled. We’ll do our best to accommodate late arrivals based on schedule availability and individual circumstances. Please inform us via phone, text, or email if you’re running late, so we can adjust accordingly.

Can I cancel or reschedule my appointment?

Should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please do so within 24 hours of the treatment time via phone, text, or email. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a considerate scheduling environment.

How long will my appointment last?

All appointments last 60 minutes

Where do I park?

Your can park in front of our clinic, using metered parking. You can also find a big parking lot with free parking right behind the building.




Do I need to bring anything with me?
